the feet are reversed. the leg in front is her right leg (judging from the folds in the dress) but she has a left foot on it.

It's her left leg in front. Look at the shape and position of the kneecap. You can't go by the folds because the skirt is billowing out from whatever force is holding her in the air, and therefore not touching her legs.
