Actually anon one, given the looks on their faces, it can be Naruto. Sakura looks like she can't believe what happened, Ino looks mildly annoyed that it happened, and Hinata looks like she's trying to keep from smiling, while also worried what will happen when her father finds out who the father is.

Then again, there's another explanation for this. This could be one of those cases where you shouldn't underestimate any jutsu that Naruto creates. This is what happens when silly little girls start playing with gender reversal jutsu created by Naruto (variation of Sexy jutsu). In that case...
