Azuma Kiyohiko drew it.

And, actually, it does not look "just like" the original manga. The original is much better. These new additions (and the whole remake) look way too much like that Yotsuba crap he's been working for the last years.

The original art is superior. Vastly superior.

Actually, if you compare Azumanga's art from the beginning to the end, you can see him even then shifting towards this art style.
