Might just be the original version, or at least that one from Pikachu yellow, I forgot which but definitly one of those early gameboy versions.

Sigh.. I'll explain. Because very little artwork, if any, was ever done of her back in the days of Gen II, many people don't recognize this version of Misty, and those who don't, generally regard her as getting a brand new look as of HGSS. It's partly the anime's fault, since they never changed her look, but in the manga (My fave) and in the games, one can see that she's had this look ever since the original GSC.
