@Abbhorase from the text it's clear that Elma is either fat or stuffed with food, not pregnant, so i guess the fat tag is correct; a weight_gain tag might be correct too, but the artist has to tag this properly since it's not clear from the image itself

@Anducar actually I believe elma is pregnant, if you look to the right you can see tohru and kobayashi calling her dumb because she doesn’t realize she’s pregnant not fat, though I could be wrong this artist does like to draw fat girls that look preg.
