That's because Sakura was LYING. Not to mention it was f*cking obvious.

The only ironic thins about it is that Naruto was smart/mature enough to see right through it.

Hinata's confession was the real deal, AND she was protecting Naruto.

Sakura's confession was an obvious, shallow, poorly-thought-out LIE, AND she was trying to get Naruto to stop pursuing one of his life goals.

Hinata is 1000000x better.

Go read chs. 469-470, anyone who's reading my comment and the couple comments above me and wondering wtf we're talking about.

I kinda watched the anime mostly then the manga when i caught up to japan's sub's end but does hinata and neji did hinata's father share his woman with his brother? If not how are they half siblings and if so, wow i missed something important.
