What The Fuck are you talking about??? Hinata and Neji half-siblings. Hiashi and Hizashi are twin brothers. They do not have the same DNA. Read a book besides Dr. Seuss! Anon7... I think you're right. A decent photoshop, though... they keep trying to stick Naruto with girls that are similar to Hinata in sorts of ways while keeping him dangling in front of the little Hyuuga princess.

Also, Sakura does not look jealous. She looks disappointed. If the artist meant to have her look jealous, it's kinda fail.
