actually... ganon could go about getting what he wants either way. a lil recap here for ppl: ganon has the triforce of power, zelda has the triforce of wisdom, and link has the triforce of courage. ganon seeks to bring all three pieces together and take the power for himself. therefor, whether he abducts zelda or link would not matter, he would still have two parts of the triforce and the remaining part would always be drawn to the other two. heck it doesn't matter who kidnaps who, the bearers of thr triforce would always find one another.
