to Hydro and Sporkman: when in doubt, look at the rest of the artist's images. In this case, "Isu" doesn't have any futa images on any of his other images. Therefore, very likely no futanari here (just pleasant female curves). Of course, futa fans can imagine what they want, anyway. Nobody's stopping you. :^)
