It should be noted that Itamu (the guy) is basically the constant victim in Kill Me as A Sacrifice to Mother (the doujin series these pics are based off of). Kimidori (the futanari girl) has a rather...bestial sex drive and Itamu has something of aphobia of women, so he's basically asking to be messed with like this.
