It's like to see a story of a realistic society where commonly people can do this sort of thing, I think in a real society like that the boys would receive a penalty for being creepy but she'd recieve a harsher punishment for running around naked and stripping in publuc.

Also she'd get in trouble for assaulting a fellow student with an improved weapon, there'd be a bit of leniency as she was doing it to 2 dudes huffing her clothes
