Y'all, this is literally an official character, and not actually Junko proper. The western fandom got a bit confused because Spike Chunsoft included her design document in the gallery, but it's not translated. If one translates her design document, her official name is Second Generation Enoshima Junko, and she was a character created for Ultra Despair Girls but cut. In UDG, Monaca intends to make Komaru into the Successor. However, the original plot had the Successor as a separate character who was already brainwashed by Monaca. Two designs exist. One is a kid who looks just like Junko but has floral sleeve leg tattoos. The other is this. This design gets a lot of fanart, but the majority of the artists don't actually know her background because it's written in Japanese.
