Also, wouldn't Mina's acids kill most any dudes sperm cells, thus rendering Mina effectively spermicidal?

My guess is as Mina Ashido's quirk is mostly base on where she intends to launch it from her certain areas of her skin and as gets older she can suppress the worst effects regarding her nipple womb and vaginal areas. Otherwise how would her body work if she is in constant pain?
