well either chrona is a girl or the writers turned gay, because theres a picture of chrona wearing next to nothing wrapped in a sheet looking very sensual. besides, i never understood the pro-boy evidence anyways. so she speaks boyishly, so do a lot of characters.

Japanese has no gender in speech, unless you go really far out of your way to say it ("this person, who is female"). The writer deliberately avoids giving away Crona's gender. Manga translators have to pick a gender, because there is no genderless human pronoun. We have he and she, with it being something used to mark non-human/non-sentient things.
Think of it like how in Japanese, there's boku, which means "I", and watashi, which also means "I". There's a difference in politeness, but they're both translated "I". Just as the politeness issue gets lost between Japanese and English, gender gets lost between English and Japanese. That translation was taking a gender-neutral term like offspring or progeny, and making it sound more natural based on the translator's (not the mangaka's, thus uncanonical) choice of gender.
Please, let's stop before the stupid is too much!

some fans translate it differently froim japanese, but the fact is, the words in japan translated genderless, and the auther will not conferm chrona's gender
my theory is chrona was a boy, and at one point stein got drunk and wanted to try something, and thus chrona is a girl XD
