I don't know if I've ever seen a more random match-up of characters... I mean, really, who thought to themselves, "I'm gonna put Ronald McDonald, Rockman, Abe Takakazu, and some other hodgepodge of peoples into one school-setting picture."??

well, there's a reason, all of them are Niconico stars, so they do have some link.
only the school setting is not really related to all of them, but, almost 75 story on 100 are "school-whatever"..

so no, it's no random at all.
