Anon2 is only partially correct (depending on your definition of incest). Kaede and Sara are "Kissing Cousins" and these are the original names they were born with. Here's a link from TvTropes.org that supports this...

Whether this is incest depends on which country/culture you live in. While this may not be true incest, this site is about finding images that fuel your personal fantasys, so I vote the incest tag is useful (if not accurate).
