The rad ball in her is her core. All high level slimes have it. It acts as a all-in-one organ, it is their brain, heart, and yes even a reproductive organ. The only way these types of slimes can make more of themselves is to make a new core and split off from each other. So it acts more like ova.
I'm guessing she is trying to make new for a baby slime by bathing it in what she has there.

The rad ball in her is her core. All high level slimes have it. It acts as a all-in-one organ, it is their brain, heart, and yes even a reproductive organ. The only way these types of slimes can make more of themselves is to make a new core and split off from each other. So it acts more like ova.
I'm guessing she is trying to make new for a baby slime by bathing it in what she has there.

I've seen another variant of a Pregnant Slimegirl, but that one involved a baby slimegirl after six months(or something like that) and conception. So in That instance, I would also presume it was a Slime Core. As you stated Anon post #171918, it acts as an intact individual/isolated entity organ.
From my observations, It appears to become visible to our eyes when it has conception on it's mind, otherwise it remains hidden from view so as to not cause it potential harm(an Exception is made with the Dark Slime, whose core is always visible) through means of attacking it directly.
The Dark Slime Excerpt mentions that it can transform a Human Female into one of them by turning them into a Slime Core, The trick then is the reversal process; changing a Dark Slimegirl (back)into a Human. Something I am very intrigued with finding the means to accomplish such a feat, and a major reason why I even seek out Dark Slime Cores and Dark Slimes.
That of what I mention aside, before I trail off, I would still like to know the specific name of those things she's wearing on her hair.

i am under the assumption that the things on her hair are clumps of slime.
but i belive she put them there because its not really possible to have her hair set up in buns (seeing as she is made of slime, and thus have no hair) A tenten fan maby?
