This is a take on My Pokemon Ranch. Every Pokemon you transfer over looks like this. My Pokemon Ranch is the Pokemon Box for DPPL HG/SS. The reason why the Pokemon take on this appearance in My Pokemon Ranch is because of the Limitations on Memory space when it comes to Wii Ware Games.
