In dissidia, though, her hair was actually blonde, to make her look more realistic. But, you could use her alternate outfit to make her hair green, so, I can see where this person is coming from. Beautiful artwork. :D

simple... her hair was supposed to be blonde but we have a certain character that also has blonde hair, square guys decided that in the game tina's/terra's hair would be green so both blonde hair and green are correct
(blonde haired tina are in dissida but you have the alternate costume with the green hair...also when you finish the arcade mode with her, the hair are green in the congratulation image...
