There's another difference with the first image: the eyepatch is on the left eye now so this is Agito. Guess this is meant to be the second image: he has just had the eyepatch switched, still has the boner of cheerful Akito & realizes what has been going on in his absence. He's not turned on anymore & whoever was having fun with him is going to wish he hadn't.

The only thing is the eye color is wrong, Agito is suppose to have a yellow/gold eye with a slit. But i'm just nitpicking now ^^'
