Funny enough the second panel was my reaction when one of my old girlfriends show her boobs. The clothes made it looks like she was a B cup. She was a lot bigger.

It will never die, because girls have breast envy in real life.
Also yes they may be Cs, but they pale in comparison to Tifas mountains, which Aerith clearly wishes she had.
