You have to think of the logic, or lack there of, of the situation. it's like blurring them out (standard censoring). It's not to particularly stop you from seeing it, but to make it less realistic. Or... it was something stupid like that.

As well, until recently, it was fully illegal for Japan to have porn that showed full detail penises or vaginae. Maybe it has something to do with that.
