@Noanao - I just took it for granted that everyone was like that but your comment made me unsure for once so I finally did some research. Here's info from one website:

This is one of the factors that results in penis skin darkening, and the level of darkness also depends on the amount of friction experienced.
For example, men that regularly wear tighter pants, shave their genital area or experience bouts of itchiness that need scratching are likely to have a darker penis compared to the rest of their body."

Maybe for some guys the difference is much starker than for other guys. My background is from Asia and my skin is light brown, but that part is very dark brown, lol. It's like I surgically swapped it with someone else.
