As biased as I am to Ichigo I'd argue Naruto; from what I understand this form is one of his later forms, 6-7th tails, while that hollowfied ichigo is (presumably) weaker than "final getsuga" ichigo. Naruto would likely win.

Please note that Kyuubi is not even at full power yet, the last three tails add a ridiculous power boost compared to the first 6.

Fuse Tensa Zangetsu and Hollow to even this out.
