tl;dr the login credentials to some site are written on the yellow paper; the red string is tied in a slipknot around a bag of ink and connected to the grey cables, so that if they get up the ink spills out; and the purple liquid is some sort of slow-setting epoxy that acts as a timer for how long they have to squat there

But what if they could squat flat footed (if someone says that isn't possible, I can do it easy, so unless it is a sexual dimorphism thing...) Though I am unable to tell if such an ability is being prevented from being used by the metal bars. though nothing seems to prevent them from just sorta rolling backwards as that doesn't seem like it should do much other than add slack to the 'fail condition' and probably make the position more tolerable. though being able to tell when the epoxy has set seems... difficult regardless.

The ability to squat flat-footed is something you have to practice, usually from childhood, so if you're from a country where they don't do that, your tendons are not stretched enough.

This is way too hacky of a translation, so I'm putting it into a comment:
Top text box:
"The three were abducted the night before and were tortured with pleasure medicine on electric massage machines until the morning, and the situation was photographed. And they were informed after being restrained here that the footage is posted on a certain video sharing site to become public at approximately midnight the next morning."
Labels on center portion:
Top - Each girl is connected to the loop. When the strap is pulled, the string that binds the bag containing the ink is unraveled and the note is soaked in the ink that has leaked.
Middle - Wood glue (quick-drying type). Injected when the girl is restrained, when it hardens, the string is fixed in place.
Small text - Liquid Ink
Bottom - Toilet paper fragment. Site address and settings for posting the video, account information, authentication password are noted.
Left side: Can't speak because cloth is stuffed in mouth.
Along the bottom:
Left - (Sorry, didn't get that one translated yet.)
Middle - It passes from the hem into the pants, to support the knees.
Right - There is a string that ties to the ink bag through the pipe.
Center, pointing at inserted toys - (I didn't get that translated yet either.)
Middle-right by the girl's arm: A hole in the knee of the trousers and a secret opening for the wrist band to pass through.
(That translation probably needs the most work, honestly.)
Pink speech bubbles (all of them): "Mmmmm, mmmm <3"
It's only a partial piece of work, but it's almost 2 AM and I'm beat. Good practice for me though, and hopefully someone can take my busted-ass translation as a base to work from. Or at least, it'll give the rest of you some vague idea what it says.
