Crap. Now I've rechecked other pictures by Tony Taka, I'm rather convinced she's Mizushima Asa from Sora no Iro Mizu no Iro. I'll edit all this way. The Bamboo Blade tag must have been a mistake originating on Danbooru.

No it's not Asa, she has spaces that separate her bangs from her hair. This is a women from bamboo blade.
