cierne, she's the daughter of a person who intimidates people in court, intentionally withholds information, forges evidence (yes that one time wasn't his doing but it's implied he also does it on purpose), forges testimonies, doesn't let the defense do their fucking job, killed someone over a penalty and framed said someone's son for a murder he was behind

franzy is a bitch in the second game, by the way, don't expect TOO much
