Alright, I know that the source for a pic is not mandated here... but I still have to ask... where is this from?

I follow all of Rindou's official accounts. Twitter, Pixiv, Fantia... It's nowhere. Is this one of those rare commisions? A book that hasn't been scanned? That other game he's supposedly helping with?

This is gonna bug me forever....
