I have sympathised, she is not "crazy", the fact that she is a hocumculus already make impossible to judge her by human standarts, she wanted to kill(or eat) fiona because she wanted to be a complete woman, she wanted to feel pleasure and pain, a noble objecte, played wrong.
If played has a male character she would probraly leave you alone, you don't see her atacking the anyone besides fiona, and she can talk like a normal human being, she just need some help to sort her mind.
