Actually, this is Azurill. I cannot read much Japanese, but I can read names. Additionally, no arms can be seen; Marill has arms, Azurill does not

I still remember when I was little when pokemon first came out & 1 of the first pokemon I saw was hitmonlee. I can still remember asking a friend of mine then, "why does it have eyes in his chest...where's the head?" even after more than 12 years I'm still trying 2 figure that 1 out.

Actually, those translation notes are wrong. The Azurill has the name 'Ruriri', and the Hitmonlee has the name 'Sawamura'.
