I translated it, but I'm not sure how to make it sound nice in English.
She presumably dropped something -- a pen, eraser, anything like that -- and the POV is of someone who is picking it off the floor for her. However, the thing she dropped it not mentioned, making the English sentence somewhat vague.
Please feel free to make it sound more natural, I was thinking of just adding the word 'eraser' since the image is consistent with that, but I will leave it to the wisdom of others.

Yeah I translated similarly on danbooru with some help. Btw most of his artworks are translated on danbooru, unfortunately the notes not always get here
