It looks like Belgium or French comic book style. Which are drawn well enough... but this just looks like knock-off manga, imo.

Yeah, I agree it looks a lot like French-Belgian style comics, like Asterix, Lucky Luke, or even Groo the Wanderer (which is technically American, but shares a similar style)
