I have a Combat Rifle that has an 81 round clip that does 2x explosive damage...
The only problem?
With the mods I'm using (+64% ammo capacity) I run out of ammunition after about 7-8 clips...

Anarchies are for scrubs. Genocide Stompers. Best Guns. I've had my Tier 2 Combat rifle for about 10 levels now. I still haven't found a replacement. 27 round magazine, three round burst, kills most things dead with one burst.
