If you go look it up in the monster hunter wiki... you would know that Khezu has both male and female parts. Now the hentai people took that and ran with it... now khezu seems to need females of other breed's of wyvern or peoples in order to breed. but yes... as a monster hunter, i could totally see this happening if a khezu kicks your ass.
