The feeling you get when inflating those gags is indescribable. I have one for self bondage purposes, got it for about 20$ excluding the shipping and it was well worth it. You should give it a try, its something you really have to experience first hand. The one i have takes 2-3 pumps and i start salivating, and up to 5 pumps my nasal passages remain unobstructed so i can still breath.
