if your question is sincere, a virtual youtuber (vtuber) is a content creator that makes use of a virtual avatar in lieu of a webcam/facecam. camera is used to track IRL movements to give the avatar the appearance of moving around and speaking.

I probably could have done a better job explaining but that should be at least adequate.
