I think that's meant to be just Alphonse, as he appears in the Conqueror of Shambala movie. He has a more rounded face than Ed, has his ponytail loose vs. braided like Ed and just in general appears to be way happier than Ed ever was. Plus, why would Ed carry just the helmet of Al?
