From What I understand it, a Weeaboo is considered anyone who likes, uses, or praises any/every Japanese Related Mat; What some people consider others to be if they like or act a little too much Japanese. That's the word they use for them.

Sometimes it is used justly, but most of the time(like in this case, because we are on a Japanese/Anime Style oriented type site), it's just another defamatory remark users on the Internetz call out when they come across stuff that they could relate to that reference.

The coin of that term to me however remains a mystery.
Perhaps Wiki provides answer? If not just some relevant sheds of light to the origin of the term at least, if any or if completely irrelevant.
