Oerba Dia Vanille: Vanille from the Dia clan, Village Oerba.

They do ACT like sisters throughout the whole game, Fang (The black haired one) Watching over Vanille (The Orange-Brown haired one) with something Akin to a hawk's eye. The ages aren't given but it is popular belief that Fang is around age 20-23, while Vanille is placed anywhere between 13-17.

My personal belief being Fang: 20, Vanille: 14.
