Why doesn't make Nintendo or better said the creator of Pokemon a high quality anime adaption of the Pokemon Special Manga? It would be worth for anyone.

Uhh... that's not quite what happened here.

Sapphire's crying because of a Salamence's attack that Ruby fended off when they were kids scared her badly. It's also when she resolved to get tougher and began to change into the Sapphire we all know now.
