Yeah. The creator of One Piece actually drew a gender swap straw hat crew and change their personality to fit the change as well. So instead of Luffy being a meat eater, she now a vegetarian.

If Luffyko were to be the main character instead of Luffy, she would be loved by almost all fans of One Piece mainly because she is very cute, ditzy in a good way, monstrously strong, a salad eater, a skilled fighter and, more importantly, she has big breasts.
