This is legit a massive problem for a lot of women in the military and police forces. Some of those plate carriers do not tolerate big breasts well, and you have to just decide if you want it to sit far away from your torso (doesn’t feel secure at all, is unwieldy, and looks weird), or crush your tits. And honestly, I could deal with tied down tits for a while, but it’s less than ideal for operating all day, every day in strenuous situations.
