At the top, click 'view original image', then try refreshing it. If that doesn't work, click the 'view original image' to the left, and possibly refresh once more. It should be nice and big and clear by now.

I'm pretty sure I've figured it out. It's a game where two people have to switch clothes. Miki and Gakupo were the first two to switch (and given personalities probably have no problem with it).

The girls assumable go out into the hall to change (hence the hangars in the background), where as the boys are supposed to go somewhere else. Luka and Kaito were the second pair to get switched and Kaito refused, so he got stripped right where he was standing and Luka went out in the hallway to change into his clothes and is using the opportunity to video tape him getting manhandled in the nude by Meiko.

The screen they're staring at (Len is holding a remote for it) says that now Gumi has to swap with somebody. Gumi, obviously, is not happy/embarrassed.

I personally want to see Gumi cosplay <3
