Huh. Cutting their tentacles is normal to them, like styling their hair. And they grow back like hair. That gives this pic a really strange and unique context. It's not gore per se but he cut a part off her, cooked it there in front of her and ate it... usually that's something that only happens in the most batshit NSFL doujins.
