I don't hate her i'd just plain prefer if Index got half the appearance she got... even half the appearance she got in To Aru Majutsu no Index, not to mention Railgun.

anon 5 is closest correct. she needs to concentrate and focus in order to control the electricity and well 1 she cant focust because of the vibes and 2 she's so ashamed. plus the eggs a plastic some are even rubber, rubber and plastic are insulators so she could short them out even if she wanted to.
