none of these captains have died only kaien shiba has died cuz of rukia. Also anon2 Ukitake can't have died he is really sick but Retsu as always has been treating him... Not to mention when he and Kyoraku fought, Captain Yamamoto which they didn't die and Yamanoto is one tough cookie to crumble *shivers*
