Not that I'd ever condone xenophobic prejudice, but I believe the Mexican reference has more to do with the style of dress than anything else. Also, workers at Mexican or Tex-Mex venues are hardly all of Latin American extraction, since such restaurants exist outside the Americas, for instance. Bursting a hate bubble here. ~_~;

Anyway, as far as I know, Ganto is a Japanese artist & this looks like a Japanese diner waitress satisfying a patron or co-worker. No need to factor in retributed sex either.
