It's not from the first part, it's from the second part, Legend of the Demon Womb... Kohoki is Munchausen's henchman. Though, the "parts" are actually pieced together from episodes, and as such are not in order. For example, everything that happened in Legend of the Demon Womb happened before Negumo transformed into the Demon of Destruction, which was at the end of the first "movie" called Legend of the Overfiend.
