Not all fan-artists draw Winry correctly, but the bangs do no match and no piercings can be seen. I agree, I believe this is Samus

Why did everybody invent a love story between the gorgeous Samus Aran and the dumb-ass Pikachu?
They're a neither in the same history, nor the same epoc!
And Pikachu is a pokemon, he doesn't have a dick, and definitely can't do anything to girls!
