Anon4 was probably voted down becuase he implied that the author, Kubo Tite, might have drawn this. Even if this was a production sketch, I'd highly doubt it would be drawn by Kubo since he has a big group of assistants that do most of his work.

Kind of a silly reason to vote someone down, but whatever.
